LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY

For a period of 12 months from the date the work described on the front of your proposal is completed, C&C Painting and Pressure Washing will repair any newly applied paint which may peel or blister as a result of a defect in workmanship free of any labor charge.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS:

• The cost of paint required to perform the repairs is not covered by this warranty.
• Any work where C&C did not supply the paint or other materials is not covered by this warranty.
• Any work not performed by C&C Painting and Pressure Washing is not covered by this warranty.
• Varnished surfaces or surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal are not covered by this warranty.
• Horizontal surfaces or surfaces that, by its design or orientation, permits moisture to collect are not covered by this warranty. Such surfaces include but are not limited to decks, railings, stairs, porches, roofs and wood gutters.
• Peeling or blistering which results from a defect in the paint is not covered by this warranty regardless of whether supplied by C&C Painting and Pressure Washing, LLC or the customer. For details on warranties applicable to the paint, please consult the warranty on paint manufacturer's can or website.
• Repairs will be performed only on the specific areas where peeling and/or blistering has occurred, Exact color match is not guaranteed as there is the likelihood that the original paint will have faded by the time repairs are performed.

CUSTOMER'S REQUIREMENTS TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE:

• The full amount of the original contract was paid.
• Retain a copy of the original contract.
• Retain a copy of your cancelled check or other evidence of payment in full.
• Pay for all materials used to perform the repairs.
• Make the property reasonably accessible to C&C Painting and Pressure Washing representatives.
